Hi...this comment doesn't really have anything to do with this particular post, but I just wanted to give you a really big THANK YOU for your Jan. apron tutorial. I made it and it turned out so cute! I just loved the look of it the first time I saw the pictures, then I had to laugh when I read through the directions more carefully and realized that what I had thought was a ruffle on the bottom was actually part of your daughter's skirt. :) Anyway, if you want to see it, it's here: http://somethingsclever.blogspot.com/2007/05/latest-and-greatest-sewing-project.html
Thanks again!

You made hats like the ones on Legacy?! I would love to see a picture...or if you had instructions, to know where you found them. That would be awesome!
It wasn't your fault that it was hard to figure out the shoulder straps--really. I just haven't ever sewed much at all before, so I just had to really think about it. Then when I did get it, it was kinda like---RIGHT...that shouldn't have been so hard!
I also forgot to tell you that I really loved the red and white polka dots--which is why I copied! And I wanted to copy your ADORABLE little chicken with the cute button-eye, but decided against it only because I made the bonnet to go with it. Anyway, your blog is inspiring. Thanks!

Well, I got the pattern from my sister that is in the Nauvoo Stake. I know I have the directions somewhere. I will have to tutorial it here real quick in time for Pioneer day in July.
