Yes I am a late swapper. I will not tell you which swap it is for because my partner would know and because then you would know how big a LOOZER I am. Life jumped up and BIT me this summer and fall and things are not happening as I had hoped.

Very cute. I love how the rick rack breaks up the dottiness. The bottom border seems a little heavy; if I were making this I'd try making it narrower. Perhaps not if the contrast was not so great.

That is a good idea. I rhink offering different border widths would be a good idea. I like the weight that one offer to the flow of the apron though (I mean the weight of the fabric itself not color weight). It makes the apron lay they way I want it to without having to have a double layer of fabric for the apron. I think I will have to play with this pattern as soon as I have some sewing time to myself.
Life always has a way of interrupting living so don't worry. If your swap partner doesn't want it, I'll take it and then crow to the heavens how blessed I am!

I was in a swap you were in. I have no idea if it is the same swap as this apron or not. I'm still waiting for my apron from the swap. I haven't given up yet. I would be ridiculously delighted if this showed up at my door.
Sorry Steph, it wasn't you. I am sorry that you didn't get a package. I also have been finked on in swaps in the past. That is why I feel like such a loozer this time. Sigh. But it was delivered last week so one more guilt thing is checked off my list.
