Spring Quilt
Last week I made a quilt for the Four Season's Quilt Swap again. This is the spring round.
I hope it will do. It is simple but I thought it was fun.
I have sent it off to my swap partner. I hope she likes it.

I love this quilt. Looks beautiful. I want one!!! :)
I love the little bird hand sewn on! Very sweet!
Sometimes simple is better!! I love the stitching on this quilt! If it was for me I would love it and hug it and pet it and smile at it every day. Someone is very lucky!!
It's a beautiful quilt. Love the colors and contrast between the squares and wavy quilting.
It's a beautiful quilt, Lucy. The color change is very nice. The quilting lines on it make me think of spring breezes and the touch of hand embroidery with the leaf, rain cloud, blue bird and beehive are wonderful along with "spring". You are very creative.
I love the little tag. :p Is it printed, or drawn?
And the colors are really nicely arranged...very pretty. :)
That is simply sweet. Your skills amaze me!
Thank you everyone. I had fun making it and was very happy that the simple idea I had actually was simple and fun to make. Usually my simple ideas leave me pulling my hair out four days later.
What a beautiful little quilt. You did a great job on it.
your quilt is lovely. I adore the little byrd.......
How did your swap partner like the quilt? I adore it, it is so cute.
Lucy, I got your quilt this week and I love, Love, LOVE it!! All of the colors are great, and the hand sewn parts are soooo cute! How on earth did you manage that adorable label on the back? It's fantastic. Thank you, THANK YOU!! I'm one lucky swapper. :)
